Maria Garcia

Mara is an efficient Property Management Assistant in charge of tasks particularly in keeping track of tenants portfolio, ensuring they are up to date, maintenance of properties and lease renewals. Her excellent multi-tasking and great communication skills, added with her "can do" attitude gained from the 3 years she has been working in the same field has provided her with the necessary skill sets for this position.

One of her proudest accomplishments is maintaining "Employee of the Year" awards consecutively. She was also valued by one of her previous employers that they had tried to keep her with them until they could no longer afford to keep her services due to the pandemic at the time.

During her spare time, she is a wonderful "fur-mom" to a 3 year old Maltese name Cooper. She loves baking, binge-watching and spending time with family and friends.
